1. Log in to Your Account

After signing up, you will be automatically redirected to the Sign-In page. Enter your phone number and password, then click the Sign In button. Once logged in, you will access the dashboard to start your journey on the platform.

2. Confirm Your Location

The app will request access to your device location. Allow the access and click the “Confirm Location” button. This ensures that you receive accurate data for consultants and services available near your area.

3. Post a Query

Click on “Post a Query” and select a category according to your needs. Choose the query type from the pop-up and click “OK” to post your query. This will notify the suitable consultant or counselor who can assist you.

4. Track Your Queries

Visit the Query Dashboard to check the status of your active, assigned, completed, and canceled queries. You can also view details, cancel, or reschedule your queries directly from this panel.
